HOTEL MADONA is located in charming Latvian countryside; it is ideal accommodation for business and leisure trips and sport event participants. You will find that all of Madona’s major sights, infrastructure and sports facilities are within easy reach as HOTEL MADONA is located in the heart of the city.
HOTEL MADONA building historically has been built already as a hotel; it was built in 1974. However, over a time, the hotel gradually lost its functions – on the first floor of the building was a student house, on the third floor the district council, on the fourth floor the National Guard and only a small part of the building was used as a hotel.
SIA “Madonas viesnīca” (HOTEL MADONA) was founded on August 30, 2002 with the aim to use again this building only as a hotel. Gradually, the hotel was renovated, first the fourth floor, the café which is now used as breakfast hall, the third floor, the first floor, the facade and finally the second floor. We currently offer our customers high-quality hotel services that meet European standards, as evidenced by the 3-star certification.
The 3-star HOTEL MADONA offers:
- Hospitable accommodation for 82 people (if the number of guests is higher, we provide extra beds);
- The hotel has 43 guest rooms (single, double, triple, quadruple and deluxe rooms, as well as special rooms for families with children). Each guest has the opportunity to choose the most suitable accommodation for the most appropriate price;
- Rooms are equipped with soft flooring, WC, showers, hairdryer, TV, free WiFi;
- Guests are offered a wide buffet breakfast every day, everyone can choose what they like best;
HOTEL MADONA offers its premises for seminars, banquets and other events. The hotel has a specialized conference hall for up to 30 people, a banquet hall for up to 100 people (with a place for dancing for up to 60 people), a fireplace hall – up to 20 people (the fireplace hall can be used together with the banquet hall). The banquet hall can also be used for a seminars (theater layout for up to 100 people).
